Ba.AC (PNGUoT) Director
Wemin graduated from Papua New Guinea University of Technology in 1997. He worked with ANZ during his studies and after graduating continued with ANZ and become Senior Banking Analyst. Later on he moved to work with Kenmok Ltd as Administration & Finance Manager and assisted the Managing Director in all facets of company management. He acquired Chesterfield Investment Limited from expatriate owners in October 2005 and has been a successful entrepreneur since then. He has now since 2021 taken Management at the forefront of Pacific Architects PNG Limited
Rai Mou
B. Arch (PNGUoT) Director
Rai is an experienced Director spearheading the company with a demonstrated history of operating in the industry of architecture and planning. He is highly-skilled in Value engineering process, Contract negotiation, Contractor coordination, Construction administration and Contract management. He comes with a Bachelor’s Degree focused in Architecture from Papua New Guinea University of Technology, 1994.

Leandro Llorente
Project Manager, Lead Registered Architect
Leandro earned his bachelor’s degree in Architecture at the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines in 2002. He comes with a diploma in Industrial Drafting and certification as a Green Building Professional. He spent a decade in Manila practicing as a Senior Architect under the prestigious design studios of Leandro V. Locsin and Lor Calma & Partners. In Singapore, he worked as Design Manager for Luxury resort hotel sector that is deeply orientated to sophisticated details, creative design and high-quality spatial experiences. As a registered PNG architect and delegated Chairman of events for the PNG Institute of Architects, he’s actively contributing to the development of young graduate architects. Leandro plays a key role in successfully delivering key projects all over Papua New Guina.
Amelia James
Registered Architect
Amelia received her bachelor’s degree in architecture at Papua New Guinea University of Technology in 2008 and became a registered Architect in 2018. She brings to the team over 15 years of diversified experience in the architectural discipline from early concept design to final completion stages. Having worked with well-established firms in Papua New Guinea and delivered a wide range of projects. She comes with valuable maturity and unwavering passion for the craft.
Iamo R Kawai
Senior CAD
Technican
Iamo graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Papua New Guinea with a Technical Training Certificate In Drafting, 2012. Iamo has 9 years of Experience in Architecture and Built Environments Industry, previously working with PNG Forest Products and Kramer Ausenco. Iamo has 5 years’ experience with PAC Architects’ previous management and has transitioned to the new management from January 2021. Iamo is specialized in detailing and documenting Architects’ drawings and producing architectural drawings with the latest of CAD softwares in the likes of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion and Photoshop.
Maru T Marris
CAD Technician
Maru graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute of Papua New Guinea with a Technical Training Certificate In Drafting, 2012. Maru has 9 years of Experience in Architecture and Built Environments Industry, previously working with Glory Group of Companies PNG and Digara Construction. Under PAC Architects new Management Maru was employed in August 2021 and is specialized in detailing and documenting Architects’ drawings and producing architectural drawings with the latest of CAD softwares in the likes of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion.
Chalapan M Pomat

Chalapan graduated from the Papua New Guinea University of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree In Architecture, 2020. Chalapan has 3 years of Experience in Architecture and Built Environments Industry. Chalapan has 2 years of experience with PAC Architects’ previous management and has transitioned to the new management from January 2021 and is the Lead Architectural Designer capable of producing an array of Design schemes ranging from Interior fit-outs to Highrise Building Designs, Producing 3D Models, design documents and construction drawings using the latest of CAD softwares in the likes of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Lumion along with several adobe creative cloud softwares like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro & After Effects. Chalapan is one of the Top 3D Modelling and Render Specialist in Papua New Guinea.
