Venzia Estate 16 Unit Apartments

The 16 Unit Apartments at the Venezia estate is part of a larger staged development. Designed for short term stay professionals in transit or small families. The apartments conventional form captures the economic approach to the façade design. Living spaces within the units are spacious and luxurious in an otherwise generic rectilinear plan. The use of predominantly “white” finishes on the interior projects the illusion of spaciousness. It is not “busy” but rather clean, neat & sterile. An architectural feature serves as the carport using the ILB frame system. The carport is not just a shelter for the vehicles but an entry feature for the residential development as a whole.

Venezia Estate ‐ Cittadella

Cittadella is the keystone residential development for the proposed venezia estate located at 6 mile, port moresby. The six level multi‐storey residence will cater for much of the recreational facilities for the venezia estate. With views overlooking the gordons and waigani area and easy access to the airport and the commercial hub makes cittadella an ideal place of residence. Some of the facilities captured in the citidella includes a gymnasium, entertainment room, tennis court, swimming pool, barbecue areas, shop and a laundry service that caters for the entire residential development.

Turumu Haus Development

The Turumu Haus is a two level commercial development aimed at maximising a minimal commercial allotment in the heart of Gordons Industrial centre. The brief required the development to be modern in aesthetic while taking into heed solar protection of the front western façade. The result was a tropical modern building that appears to be well set in an otherwise industrial context while most importantly providing a productive work environment for the tenants of the Turumu Haus.

Edai Town: Type D — Bougainvilla

This property is a modest double storey townhouse with four units. It’s designed as a three bedroom unit which has a common share toilet upstairs. The other features downstairs include a toilet and shower, spacious lounge, generous kitchen and laundry . The backdoor is positioned between the kitchen and laundry which opens to the back turf. The unit has ceiling fans only. The unit has sufficient parking for one car.
